Villa Eden - Nice

The beds provided a comfortable sleep, nice for a decent rest after a busy day. The price was reasonable, especially for a group of three, clocking in around 70€ a night.

The washroom is cramped, and the lack of a refrigerator is inconvenient for storing snacks or drinks. There's noticeable mold near the shower, pretty off-putting, and the overall decor screams outdated. Plus, the walls are thin enough to hear the next room's conversation, which isn't ideal for privacy.

The place has this wicked charm, reminded me of my grandma's house, right near the beach! Staff were super friendly and got a room with a great view, a nice touch. Just gotta say, the bathroom was a bit cramped, and I wish they had a fridge. A solid choice!

I encountered significant issues with the staff's demeanor. There was a constant feeling of being unwelcome, especially when seeking simple assistance like extra towels. The room itself appeared neglected, with dust and unclean surfaces.

Charming vintage decor

The location is fantastic, right across from the beach , made our family outings easy and enjoyable. There's a good patisserie just outside where we savored delicious pastries every morning. The garden view from our room was a lovely touch, bringing nature right to our window, and our kids loved playing outside.

The location was very nice, just steps away from the beach, awesome for splendid ocean views from the upper floors. The comfortable beds provided restful nights after long days of exploration, this part of my stay enjoyable.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and express check-in was quick. Rooms lacked air conditioning.

The triple room with sea view was small but cozy. The view from the front was awesome, especially seeing the beach just across the street. It had a comfy bed, made for a solid sleep after a busy day. Just keep in mind that the place showed its age, and you could hear conversations from the next room pretty easily.

Villa Eden is a charming throwback with early 20th-century bourgeois architecture. The location is prime-just a short stroll across the street to the beach! The room had a lovely garden view, cute the tranquility of nature right outside the window.

Found Villa Eden to be a quaint little gem with nostalgic charm and an inviting sea view. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach, and staff were friendly. The lack of a lift and some cleanliness concerns left much to be desired.
